COVID-19 Policy

Dear Clients,

We ended our closed-door policy on March 1st and it has been wonderful welcoming our clients back into the clinic!  With the mask mandate lifted in Ontario as of June 11th, 2022, wearing a mask while in the clinic is now optional.  If you are coming into the clinic for an appointment with your pet and would prefer our doctor to wear a mask while you are in the exam room please communicate this to us when you book your appointment or when you arrive at the clinic.

FOCUS ON OUR CLEANLINESS

We are still open and operating our regular hours and we have implemented an increased disinfection policy for all high-touch areas which include door handles, counters, and pay pads.  We are currently only accepting Visa (Visa Debit), MasterCard (MasterCard Debit), American Express or E-Transfers as forms of payment. We are limited with cash transactions at this time.

FOOD ORDERS

We would also encourage the use of MyVetStore for purchases of supplements, food and treats. We would be happy to assist you if needed in processing your next order. MyVetStore does offer delivery to your home!  Shipping is FREE for orders over $100!

MEDICATION

If your pet requires medication, please allow 48 hours for medication refills.  Please contact us by phone 905-438-0664 or email info@ritsonveterinaryclinic.ca for more information.

Friendly Reminder: If you have travelled outside of Canada or are experiencing flu-like symptoms, we suggest you have someone else bring your pet to our hospital or reschedule your appointment if appropriate.
